During periods of SEVERE weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.); we reserve the right to CANCEL your reservation at OUR discretion, due to safety concerns. If conditions are QUESTIONABLE, we will give you the option of going through with the rental or rescheduling for another available day. If you decide to keep the unit, there will be NO REFUNDS once the equipment has been delivered!

Yes, full set up is included.

We serve Los Banos, Dos Palos, Santa Nella, Stevinson, and Gustine. Please ask us about other areas for delivery. Some travel fees will apply depending on your area outside of our FREE delivery area.  Please refer to the Delivery Area tab on our website!

In order to provide the best service possible, we route all deliveries in the most fuel-efficient way possible.  Because of this, we are unable to guarantee exact times and will provide delivery drop off and pick up time windows of 1 hour, 24-48 hours prior to your rental.  The day of your rental we will contact you 10-20 minutes prior to our arrival.  We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests within our hours of operation.  Please note we do not pick up after 9pm for the safety of our employees.

Yes, same day rentals will incur a Same Day Rental Fee of $50 on top of the normal daily rate. 

Yes. Holidays will be subject to an additional $50 increase in all Bounce House & Water Slide pricing due to Extreme demand!  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

No. At Jump Bros we take pride in delivering a high-quality product! We clean and disinfect all equipment after every rental!

Yes, for safety reasons, the blower will need to be kept on for the duration of the rental. Once unplugged the unit will deflate. That is why we require a 120v outlet within 50´ of the bounce houses or water slide.  The exception to this is if a generator is being used to power the bounce house. Cord runs of over 100' can pop your circuit breaker. If you experience high winds...this would be the only time you would shut down the blower. Please call us if you have to shut down the blower.

We love setting up at parks! Due to city regulations, proper permits and insurance by the customer must be provided in order for us to setup at most local park.  This varies by city.  Also, most parks DO NOT have electricity. If you would like to set up at a park, please call us to discuss our options!

Cash, Credit Cards (3.5% added to total) and other Digital Payment types. If paying by cash, please have exact change, as our drivers do not carry cash.

Most of our inflatables (all of our character bounce houses for example) are 14.6´x13´.   They do, however require some additional space for setup around the unit. When in doubt, please measure your space to make sure it will fit and if you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call! We can definitely come by and check!

Bounce houses will often need room to be staked or anchored by sandbags at the discretion of the employee setting up your rental.  We will also need to ensure adequate room for the blower for safety purposes.  The bounce houses cannot rub against walls, trees, or any other objects as this may damage the bounce house.  We reserve the right to cancel any service at our discretion.

The sizes listed of each inflatable will include the total space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call to discuss options for setup. 

Finally, a clear pathway to the location of the rental is needed for the safety of our employees.  These units are rather large and require a minimum of 3 feet of clearance from side to side.  We reserve the right to decide on the final location of the rental, if we feel the units will be damaged in any way or if our employee's safety is at risk.

We can set up on grass (our favorite and best surface for kids), asphalt, and concrete. Unfortunately, we are unable set up on any type of rock landscaping, as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl of the inflatables. 

Short answer is both yes and no.  You are NOT responsible for normal wear and tear on our Rentals.  Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time, this is somewhat common.  If this does happen, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.  If damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or it is determined the cause was negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds or a unit is puncture by something sharp) you Will Be responsible for all damages up to and including full replacement of the unit and/or blower.  We do not want either of us to be in that situation, which is why we will do a full walkaround of the unit at the start of the rental and have you sign and initial the condition of the rental equipment.  We will also review all of our safety rules with you and have you sign off that you are ready to be the trained operator for the duration of your rental!

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS of any kind are allowed inside or anywhere on the inflatable unit. Renter will be responsible for damages up to and including FULL REPLACEMENT VALUE of the inflatable.  An animal's nails can puncture the unit in multiple places that can make repairs often impossible!  It is also a sanitary issue.  Between allergens and other issues that may have an impact on our other customers, we ask that you please do not take this rule lightly.

Silly string can potentially cause damage to a bounce house. The material in bounce houses is often sensitive and can be easily affected by foreign substances. Silly string, in particular, may contain chemicals that could eat away at the vinyl or stain the fabric of the bounce house. Additionally, cleaning silly string from the material can be challenging and may leave lasting marks. 

A $250 Damage fee will be charged if any evidence of silly string is found on or in the bounce house!

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone ever!
